The North East Sports Academy are hosting a taster session for prospective Year 11 students who are interested in continuing their studies at Tyne Metropolitan College. This is an opportunitu for interested students to take part in a taster session with experienced coaches and find out how taking part in NESA alongside their studies can benefit their next steps.
They run a range of different sport academies alongside all courses at the college, giving students the opportunity to play as part of a team in college leagues. This opportunity enhances the student experience and supports applications to university and further opportunities. Students also have the chance to access work placement opportunities and complete nationally recognised qualifications and awards alongside their main programme of study.
