To help you make effective decisions about your future, you can:

• Make use of your interactions with a range of employers and education providers at opportunities such as careers fairs, insight days, and trust engagement events like the NEAT Business Breakfasts and legacy events, including Green Week.
• Identify the skills you develop in extra-curricular activities, and investigate how they can benefit your career journey. 
• Create a well-structured plan of action in a dedicated 1:1 careers appointment with a qualified advisor (Year 11).

Our Careers programme contributes to our overarching Personal Development offer, that is designed to build the knowledge, skills and behaviours that will enable you to stand out from the crowd. You will have experiences that go beyond the national curriculum as we support you in developing the qualifications and skills to live a happy life with choice and opportunity, enabling you to have a positive impact on society.
